The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Health Services Consisting In Performing Preventive Screening Tests For Employees Employed At The Social Services Center In Szczecin, Which Are Participants Of The Investment In Employee Health Project Under The European Funds Program For West Pomerania 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. In The Scope Of Parts - Mammography: 1) The Expected Number Of Mammography Tests: Maximum 30 Studies, Minimum 20 Studies During The Duration Of The Contract; 2) Mammographic Tests Of Both Breasts In Two Or Four Projections (Cc And Mlo); 3) It Is Required For The Contractor To Have A Modern Mammography Apparatus That Meets The Norms And Technical Requirements For Diagnostic Tests, Having Current Certificates, In Accordance With Current Certificates, In Accordance With Current Certificates, In Accordance With Current Guidelines Of The Ministry Of Health And The National Health Fund; 4) The Study Must Be Performed By Qualified Staff (Radiologist, Radiology Technician With The Current Law Of Practicing The Profession); 5) The Results Should Be Described By A Radiologist Who Has A Specialization In Radiology And Imaging Diagnostics, Using The Bi-Rads Classification And Transmitted In Writing Or Electronically With Information On The Need For Further Diagnostician Form (If Concerned); 6) It Is Required To Provide Adequate Hygiene, Safety And Radiological Protection Standards.
