Through The National Plan Of Redress And Resility Of Romania (Pnrr) - Component C15: Education, Investment I 11, The Acquisition Of Teaching Materials Specific To The Practice Workshops That Are The Subject Of The Present Procedure, For Equipping The Practice Workshops Within The Pre -University Education Units And Of The Related Units In Sector 5 Of Bucharest. Within The Purchase Of Teaching Materials, The Related Services Such As: Insurance, Delivery, Installation Services, Related Training, During The Project Period Will Be Included. In The Specification Are Presented The Technical Specifications, Respectively The Minimum Requirements Necessary For The Fulfillment Of The Contract. *** Any Reference In The Documents Of The Acquisition Indicating A Certain Origin, Source, Production, Producer, A Special Process, A Standard, A Norm, A Factory Or Trade Brand, A Patent, A Manufacturing License, Are Mentioned Only In Order To Easily Identify The Types Of Product As A Concept And Have No Effect Or To Eliminate Certain Economic Or Services Or Services Works. These Specifications Will Be Considered As Having The Mention Of Or Equivalent, And The Bidder Has The Obligation To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Products Offered With The Requested Ones, If Applicable.
