Lattroction Of Procedures With Market Holders Is Done As The Services Are Planned. The Maximum Amount Allocated To One Of The Operators Will Be Capped At 60% Of The Maximum Annual Amount Of The Market. The Other Operators May Be Assigned The Remaining 40% As Much As Possible.
