The General Objective Of The Project Is The Construction Of 72 Housing Units That Will Benefit The Young People In The Municipality Of Tulcea. The Proposed Construction Will Develop On 12 Modules, Which Will Be Of Two Types: 4 Coupled Modules Two And 8 Individual Modules. One Module Will Host 6 Two -Room Apartments, Located Two On Each Floor, Asftel: Basement - Closed Technical Room, Ground Floor - 2 Apartments, Floor 1 - 2 Apartments, Floor 2 - 2 Apartments. The Height Regime Will Be S+P+2E. The Maximum Height At The Cornice Of The Building Will Be 8.80 M (Measured From The Area Of The Land Arranged 9.30 M), And The Maximum Height At The Ridge Will Be 10.50 M (Measured From The 11M Landscaped Area). The Nzeb Homes Will Be Built On A Land Made Available By Tulcea, Registered In The Land Book No. 51637, Identified By Cadastral Number 51637. The Land Is Located On Transformer Street, Tarlaua 20, Plot 30, Tulcea Municipality And Has An Area Of 10,221.00 Sqm. Access Is Easy, And The Land Is Free From Any Construction Or High Vegetation. On This Land Will Be Built 12 Modules (4 Modules Coupled Two And 8 Individuals) With A Total Built Area Of 1,965.12 Square Meters, The Area Carried Out For The 12 Modules Being 5,895.36 Sqm (6.255.36 Sqm With Basement). These Will Be Definitive Constructions, With Reinforced Concrete Foundations, The Resistance Structure Made Up Of Pillars And Reinforced Concrete Beams, Stiffened With The Help Of Reinforced Concrete Floors, Masonry Walls, With A Floor Over The Last Wooden Level, With Wooden Robbery, Consisting Of Deer And Mane. All The Wooden Elements Of The Floor Will Be Ignored In The Bs1d0 Class And Will Be Protected Until Rei30. At The Entrance To Each Block, A Lifted Platform For People With Disabilities With A Size Of 1.00 X 1.00 M Will Be Mounted. For The 72 Apartments Built, 86 Parking Spaces Will Be Arranged: 72+14 (20% For Visitors), These Having The Perpendicular Orientation On The Rolling Path, With Dimensions Of Min. 2.30/5.00 M. The New Living Units Will Be In Accordance With The Target Regarding The Touch Of The Threshold Of At Least 20% Primary Energy Consumption, Compared To The Requirements Regarding The Nzeb Constructions, Stipulated In The National Regulations, Reflected In The Energy Performance Certificates. Regarding The Direct Effects, In The Process Of Construction Of The Investment Will Be Used Materials And Practices That Do Not Lead To A Significant Increase In Emissions In The Air. The Proposed Investment Aims To Build New Energy -Efficient Buildings, Of Nzeb Plus Type With Insignificant Impact On The Environment, Taking Into Account Both The Direct And Indirect Primary Effects Throughout The Life Cycle.
