Vaccines - Ensuring A Comprehensive Supply And Distribution Of Medicinal Products Containing Vaccines For Regular Vaccinations Between 2026 And 2029. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is To Ensure Comprehensive Supply And Distribution Of Medicinal Products Containing Vaccines For Regular Vaccinations For The Period From 1 January 2026 To 31 December 2029, Pursuant To Decree No. 537/2006 Coll. No. 258/2000 Coll., On Public Health Protection And On Amendments To Certain Related Acts, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Vaccines) By The Selected Supplier (Distributor), While The Delivered Vaccines Will Be Paid Under Stipulated Conditions From Public Health Insurance In Accordance With Act No. 48/1997 Coll. Completion Of Some Related Laws, As Amended. The Vaccines Will Be Supplied By The Selected Supplier /Distributed Directly To The Contractual Providers Of The Health Services Of Individual Health Insurance Companies Who Perform Regular Vaccinations, Always At A Specific Workplace In Which They Perform Their Medical Practice. The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract And The Conditions Of Its Performance Is Contained In Annex 1 To The Tender Documentation (Binding Model Of The Contract For The Performance Of The Public Contract), Including Its Annexes.
