UMA26-03 Marcus Rm 025A Furnace and Renew - ECE Department wants to install a new furnace in the Teaching Cleanroom at Marcus Rm 025A. New furnace will be purchased separately by the University and delivered to campus. This project is to install said pre-purchased furnace within the Marcus 025A space, and provide all necessary utility services (i.e. electrical, process gases, mechanical exhaust) to the new unit.
