The Order Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Insulation Of The School Building And Replacement Of The Roofing, Replacement Of The Woodwork In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least 3 Years Of Warranty Period For The Whole Subject Of The Contract; 2) 5 Years Of Warranty Period. The Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex 7 To Swz And Annex 8 To Swz, Respectively. The Contract Implementation Conditions Were Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex 6 To Swz.
