1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Assembly Service As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of A Playground At Powstańców Street In Sierpc. As Part Of The Task, It Should Be Made: 1) Safe Zones For The Designed Playground And Outdoor Gym Equipment In Accordance With The Scope Of Technical Documentation; 2) A Public Recreational Field; 3) Deliver And Install Two Goals For Football Or Handball; 4) Deliver And Install Retinal Posts; 5) Deliver And Install Football; Galvanized And Powder -Painted Steel Panel; 7) Deliver And Mount The Gate And Two Wickets; 8) Sow The Grass With Sport. Table; The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail The Following Documents: 1) A Construction Project Together With The Land Use Project; 2) Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 3) Bill Of Quantities. 3. The Number Was Made Available To Facilitate The Contractor To Prepare A Valuation Of The Main Construction Works. In Order To Estimate And Quote The Scope Of Works, It Is Recommended To Direct: 1) The Results Of Detailed Field Visions And Inventory Of Your Own; 2) Results Of Research And Own Measurements; 3) Results Of Own Studies. 4. The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party, In Accordance With § 8 Of The Contract, A Quality Guarantee For Performed Works And Installed Devices. 5. The Entitlements Under The Warranty For Defects Are Entitled To The Employer For A Period Of 5 (Five) Years. 6. Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act, In Connection With Art. 438 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Under An Employment Contract (Within The Meaning Of Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code), Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract, I.E. Minimum 1 Construction Worker. 7. During The Implementation Of The Order, The Employer Is Entitled To Perform Verification And Control Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Contractor Or Subcontractor Compliance With The Employment Requirement Under The Employment Contract Of Persons Performing In Paragraph 6 Actions The Employer Shall Be Entitled To: 1) Request The Contractors Or Subcontractors Declaration Of Employment Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities In Connection With The Implementation Of The Order, Specifying The Number Of Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract, Types Of Employment Contracts And Full -Time Dimensions; 2) Demands Of Clarification In The Event Of Doubts Regarding Confirmation Of Compliance With The Abovementioned Requirements; 3) Conducting Inspections At The Place Of Performance Of The Benefit. 8.
