With Disabilities And Construction Works Related To The Performance Of The Platforms Access From Each Floor Of The Facility. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Also Planned To Rebuild The Sanitary Of The Sanitary Consisting In The Separation Of Two Bathrooms From One Toilet: For Teachers And For The Disabled. And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior)- Planned Contractual Provisions. In Relation To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended), The Contracting Authority Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Technical Documentation.
