Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Crisis Intervention Services Under The Project Center For Social Service Of The Inowrocław Commune - We Would Live More Beautifully
Part 1 - Psychiatric Consultations. Psychiatric Consultations Will Be Conducted By A Psychiatrist Or Doctor During A Specialization In Psychiatry And Will Only Have A Preventive And/Or Diagnostic Nature (The Psychiatrist Will Not Conduct Treatment). The Service Of The Service Is 3 Hours A Week. Affected By Domestic Violence, Indicated By Kipus, Also For Children And Adolescents, In The Field Of Mental Health Disorders, Behavioral Disorders And Emotions, Mental Illnesses, 2) Selection And Directing Of People To A Psychologist, For Group And Individual Psychotherapy, Issuing Referrals To Deepen The Diagnosis And Examination, 3) Implementation Of The Order In A Way To Protect The Confidentiality And Security Of Personal Data Of Project Participants; 4) Keeping The Appropriate Documentation Of The Service, Including The Scope Of Psychiatric Advice And The Attendance List Of Participants, Working Time Cards; 5) Cooperation With The Organizer Of Cus Social Services In The Field Of Keeping Documentation, Support Of Project Participants And Setting The Meeting Schedule; 6) Coverage Of Costs Related To Traveling To The Place Of Service. The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Provide Services At The Same Time For Project Participants In The Scope And Date Of The Contract.
