1. Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Task Entitled , Renovation Of The Historic Building At Ul. Sienkiewicza 14 In Skierniewice. The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Annex 7 To Swz And The Inventory Of The Building, Which Constitutes Annex 6 To Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of: • Painting Classrooms, Corridors And Staircases • Floor Replacement In Part Of The Rooms • Renovation Of Sanitary Nodes; • Modernization Of The Lighting Installation, Replacement Of All Lighting Fittings For Energy -Saving All Work, All Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Art And All Applicable Standards. The Detailed Scope Of Works For This Task Is Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In The Inventory Of The Building. All Waste And Materials From Demolition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove And Dispose Of As Part Of The Order (Utilization Of Harmful Materials Confirmed By The Appropriate Document). The Contractor Also Includes The Preparation Of As -Built Documentation, Among Others: Technical Cards, Approvals, Certificates. The Contractor Is Liable For Any Damage Caused By Him During The Implementation Of This Contract And For Any Damage Caused By Him, When Removing Defects Under The Warranty Or Warranty, So Towards The Ordering Party And Third Parties. The Construction Site Should Be Marked With An Information Board In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law. Construction Area Fenced And Protected Against Access By Third Parties.
