The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular:- Replacement Of The Ceiling By Dismantling The Existing And Assembly Of The New Ceiling With Its Insulation With Mineral Wool; - Insulation Of The Ceiling Over The Kitchen Part With Mineral Wool Along With The Construction Of A Wooden Floor From Osb Boards On A Wooden Log. - Replacement Of The Electrical Installation In The Building Together With The Installation Of Energy -Saving Lighting Lamps, Elevation Of The Measuring System Outside And Pwp Assembly; - A Heat Source In The Form Of A Split Air Pump With Full Automation;- Assembly Of Electric Radiators With A Thermostat In Bathroom Rooms; - Installation Of Flow Water Heaters In Bathroom Rooms. The Contractors Tasks Also Include: - Execution Of Reproductive Works - Gypsum Coats On The Walls Along With Their Painting With Emulsion Paints. - Delivery And Assembly Of An Information Board With Dimensions Of 120X80 Cm On A Frame Or Stainless Steel/ Powder -Galvan As -Built Documentation 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Included In Annex 1. It Consists Of The Following Documents:- Design Documentation (Construction Industry, Sanitary Industry And Electrical Industry)- Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb),- Evidence Of Works, Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Will Be In The Offer, The Contractor Should Be On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.3. 1), Stwiorb And A Prejudice Of Works.
