The Order Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: Insulation Of External Walls, Insulation And Replacement Of Roofing, Replacement Of Windows And Doors With Energy -Saving, Modernization Of The Ventilation System, Modernization Of The Heating System, Hybridal Installation, Installation Heat Pumps And Assembly Of 18 Kw Photovoltaic Panels With A 20 Kwh Electricity Warehouse, Replacement Of Lighting With Energy -Saving Led Luminaires, Land Development Around The Building. The Thin -Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Attached Design Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works And The Prevenues Of The Robots Which Are Auxiliary Documents: 1. The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Taking Into Account The Stages Of The Robot And The Need To Ensure The Functioning Of The Institution (Primary School) Operating In The Building And To Ensure Access And Access; 2. Works Related To Modernization, Launching (Internal And External) Gas Central Heating Installation They Must Be Carried Out Before The Start Of The Heating Period. Due To The Funding Received, The Contracting Authority Requires The Delivery Of Cost Estimates Prepared In An Analogous Form To The Bill Of Quantities On The Day Of Signing The Contract.
