The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of Provincial Road No. 627 From Km 58+300 To Km 61+000 On The Section Małkinia Górna - Treblinka, In The Commune Of Małkinia Górna, Ostrowski Poviat, Masovian Voivodeship - Procedure No. 157/252. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Tender Documentation (Part Iii Swz) And In The Pre -City Of Works (Part Iv Swz). The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure At His Own Expense Safe Traffic And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Area Of The Works Covered By The Contract Based On The Traffic Organization Project, For The Duration Of Construction Prepared By And At The Expense Of The Contractor And The Implementation Of The Constant Organization Of Traffic. In The Event Of An Indication In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process, Which Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. In The Case Of Referring In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Oc) For Damages Caused During The Performance Of The Contract Regarding The Contract And Third Parties For The Entire Period Of The Contract And For The Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than The Amount Of Pln 1,000,000.00 Pln 8.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy Within 14 Days From The Date Of The Contract. Provided The Insurance Continuity, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies In The Course Of The Contract Confirming The Possession Of Insurance (Civil Liability) Covering A Total Of The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Contract. 8.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer To The Ordering Party A Copy Of Another Current And Paid Policy Within 7 Days Of The Expiry Date Of The Previous Policy. If The Contractor Does Not Fulfill The Above Obligation, The Employer Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties For A Late Payment In The Amount Specified In The Contract. 8.3 In The Absence Of A Copy Of The Current And Paid Insurance Policy (Oc) Within 14 Days From The Date Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Have The Right To Withdraw From The Contract For Reasons Lying On The Part Of The Contractor.
