1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Developing Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Together With Graphic Attachments And Analysis Of The Conditions And Rules For Developing The Area As Well As Its Development And The Factual And Legal Status Of The Area At Which The Investment Is Expected, 2) Developing Draft Decisions On Determining The Conditions Of Building Together With The Analysis Of The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development And Its Development As Well. The Legal Area, Where The Investment Is Expected And The Necessary Analyzes And Results Of These Analyzes, Together With The Graphic Attachment To The Project Of Decisions, Analysis And Results Of Analysis - After Vision In The Field, 3) Cooperation With The Municipal Office In Sędziszów Małopolski During Administrative Proceedings In Matters Regarding The Issuing Of Decisions For Which The Project Is Prepared For The Time They Final Decisions Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 June 1960 Code Of Administrative Procedure (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 572). 2. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Need To Prepare 500 Pieces Of Projects Of Decisions On Building Conditions Preceded By The Analysis Of Functions As Well As The Features Of Building And Land Development, Including Draft Decisions On Building Conditions Regarding The Building, Referred To In Art. 29 Para. 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, And Draft Decision On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments. 4. The Deadline By The Contractor To Make Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment Is A Maximum Of 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Application With A Set Of Documents, And For Decisions On Building Conditions Regarding The Building Referred To In Art. 29 Para. 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law Is A Maximum Of 7 Days. The Contractor Will Appear At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party Once Every Two Weeks To Receive Applications For Establishing The Conditions Of Building And Land Development, And To Provide Completed Decision Projects, As Well As Discussing
