1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Preparing Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And A Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For Real Estate Located In The Strzyżów Commune. For The Planned Investment Intention, The Contracting Authority Has Own Funds From The Communes Budget. 3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Prepare Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And A Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For Real Estate Located In The Strzyżów Commune In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Including Speech In Art. 4 Para. 2 In Connection With Art. 60 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, 2) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building And Development Conditions With The Analysis Referred To In Art. 4 Para. 2 In Connection With Art. 50 And Art. 60 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, 3) Preparing An Urban Inventory Of The So -Called Analyzed Area, Including Inventory Of Existing Buildings According To The Function, Approximate Heights Of Existing Objects, Roof Geometry, Blind Walls, Inventory Of Existing And Accessing And Other Elements Characteristic Of The Analyzed Area. 4) Cooperation In Considering Any Comments, Conclusions And Reservations Of The Parties To The Proceedings Together With The Conclusions In Writing, 5) Each Time The Authorities Referred To In Art. 53 Para. 4, Art. 60 And 64 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, Which Should Be Applied For The Agreement Of The Draft Decision, 6) Developing The Final Draft Decision After Receiving And Taking Into Account The Last Of The Required Arrangements, 7) Developing A Draft Decision Refusing To Determine The Conditions Of Building Or Investment Conditions, In The Event Of An Analysis After Analysis, The Inability To Determine The Conditions Of Development Or Public Purpose, As Well Arrangements Of Any Of The Bodies Referred To In Art. 53 Para. 4, Art. 60 And Art. 64 Of The Act On Spatial Planning. 8) Substantive Cooperation In The Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents Including Projects Of All Letters In Accordance With Art. 13 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Cooperation In Conducting The Procedure.
