1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Supply Of Hydraulic Arm And Three Specialist Heads For Individual Tasks Of The Citys Maintenance Department At The Municipal Municipal Services Department In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), 2.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Hydraulic Arm To The Ordering Party And Three Heads To Individual Tasks In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). The Removal In The Table Specified The Minimum Requirements For The Ordered Elements. The Contractor May Offer Parameters Higher Than Specified By The Employer. By Offering Parameters Lower Than Specified Or The Lack Of Offering Any Of The Required Parameters Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pap Act. The Parameters Presented By The Contractor Must Clearly Specify That The Offered Element Meets The Requirements Set By The Employer. If You Offer An Assortment With Parameters Higher Than Those Required By The Employer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Describe Them In Detail.
