1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Municipality And The City Of Nisko And Subordinate Organizational Units In The Period From 01/09/2025 (Not Earlier Than After All The Conditions For Changing The Seller And Connection To The Osd Network) Until 31.08.2026 2. The List Of Energy Collection Points And Individual Payers Was Included In Annex 8 To Swz - A List Of Facilities Of The Commune And City Of Nisko And Subordinate Organizational Units Supplied With Electricity. 3. The Contracting Authority Informs That It Has Concluded Distribution Agreements Covering The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Sale Of Electricity Is Carried Out Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As Osd), I.E. Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Rzeszów Branch To Which The Customers Facilities Are Attached. The Conditions For The Provision Of Distribution Services Are Specified In A Separate Distribution Agreement Concluded With Osc 5. A Possible Change In The Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Employer, Except For The Settlement For A Fictitious Amount Of Electricity According To The Prices Set Out In The Contract. 9. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Resign From The Collection Points Listed In The Annex To The Contract In The Event Of Transfer, Sale, Rental To Another Entity And In The Event Of Closing Or Liquidating The Object.
