1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Van With Catering Buildings Of The Food Truck, In Accordance With The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. 2) The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Delivery Of The Vehicle Described In Point 1 Together With The Factory New Equipment Specified In The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Necessary Documentation Required By Polish Law. 3) Adaptation Of The Loading Space For The Provision Of Catering Services Should Take Into Account The Ergonomic Arrangement Of Furniture And Equipment Inside. Sanitary Set By The Gastronomic Industry And Be Adapted To The Requirements Of Sanitary Control Offices And The Control Of Goods (State Sanitary Inspection), Be Safe Products, Be Allowed To Contact Food, Meet The Requirements Of Ghp (Good Hygiene Practice) And Haccp System And Have Necessary Consents, Certificates And Certificates Collective Nutrition.
