1. The Subject Of The Contract Covered By This Procedure Is The Task Entitled: Preparation Of A Draft Amendment To The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Śródmieście Area In Bochnia2. For The City Of Bochnia Within The Boundaries Specified In Total In 3 Resolutions Of The Bochnia City Council On Joining The Change Of The Local Plan Śródmieście:-Resolution No. Xxiv/228/20 Of The Bochnia City Council Of October 29, 2020 Regarding The Commencement Of The Preparation Of A Point Change Of The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Śródmieście Area,-Resolution No. Ix/73/24 Council Of The City Council Of Bochnia Of November 28, 2024 Regarding The Commencement Of The Change Of The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Śródmieście Area,-Resolution No. Xv/141/25 Of The Bochnia City Council Of April 24, 2025 Regarding The Commencement Of A Change In The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Area Śródmieście, For The Area Of Plots No. 5246 And No. 5985 In Bochnia. Perform:-An Analysis Of The Current State Of Development Of The City (Inventory) In The Places Indicated By The Resolutions,-An Analysis Of The Study Of Conditions And Directions Of Spatial Development Of The Commune Of Bochnia, Changed In 2024,-Analyze All Submitted Applications,-Conduct Procedures According To The Requirements Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development. 3. The Change Of The Local Plan, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, Should Be Made In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, In Particular With:-The Law Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development,-The Development Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 17 December 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Draft Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Commune (Journal Of Laws 2021 Item 2404),- On October 3, 2008, On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, The Participation Of Society In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws 2023 Item 1094, As Amended),-In Accordance With Local Law Files,-To Emphasize The Comments Submitted By The Contracting Authority And Current Court Case Law,-Information Arising From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Due To Relevant Legal Acts M. Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Roads And Others. 4. The Order Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Individual Stages Indicated In The Schedule Of Work And The Scope Of The Study Constituting Annex 1 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 2 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
