Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance Of The Municipal Cemetery At Wisława Szymborska Street In Słupsk

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Service Entitled Maintenance Of The Municipal Cemetery At Wisława Szymborska 7 In Słupsk. The Subject Of The Contract Includes An Object Administered By The Municipal Infrastructure Board In Słupsk. 2. The Purchaser Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract Under The Option 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Cleaning Works And Winter Maintenance Described In Detail In Annex 8 To Swz, Among Others: 1) Cleaning Works - Sweeping Alleys, Paths, Hardened And Ground Stairs, Sweeping Of Farm Squares And Surfaces Hardened At Garbage Containers, Emptying Park Type Baskets, Ongoing Collection Of Waste, Chemical Oxygen Of Avenues With Graded Surfaces. And Soil With A Herbicide, Denying Concrete And Paving Watercounts, Mowing Lawns In Flat Areas And Slopes, And Mowing Weeds And Grasses Between The Graves Along With The Grinding And Deployment Of Swath, Grasshopping, Grassy-Sandy Paths And Transitions Between The Graves On The Lodgings With Leaves Together With The Placement Of The Utilization, Removal Samościów Trees, 2) Maintenance Of Winter Alleys And Stairs - Snow Removal Of Alleys And Stairs, Preparing Transitions For Burials And Other Activities Specified In Annex 8 To Swz.3) The Ordering Party Reserves That The Optional Scope Of The Order Is Not A Contractual (Including Financial) Contracting Authority. Implementation, 4) Exercising The Right Of Options May Take Place Once Or More Times During The Contract Processing And Will Depend Only On The Needs Of The Employer And The Financial Capabilities Of The Employer. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Use The Right Options, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled Material Schedule Of Flat -Rate Cleaning Works - The Basis Of The And Winter Maintenance Of Objects (Quantity And Times) In Individual Years And Months Of The Calendar Year Annex 9: A) Base - Flat -Rate Cleaning Works, B) Winter Maintenance Of The Cemetery, 5. Base - A Flat -Rate Maintenance Of Order Assumes Cleaning The Areas In Accordance With The Assigned Times. It Is Not Allowed To Reduce The Spurities Of Purification During Holidays And Non -Working Days Or Adverse External Conditions (E.G. Gusty Winds Or Effects Of Vandalism). 7 The Contractor Will Perform The Service In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Industry Standards, Gardening Art And With Proper Marking And Securing Work At His Own Expense And On Their Own. 8. The Organization Of Works During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Current Provisions Regarding Occupational Health And Safe
