1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A Project To Expand Poviat Road No. 1717 O With The Implementation Of A Bicycle Road Along With Dehydration To The Ditches. The Length Of The Section Approx. 1350 M. The Net Value Of The Concept May Not Exceed 25% Of The Net Offer. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Developing The Concept And Presenting It For Approval By The Ordering Party; 2) Development Of A Construction Project In The Zrid Procedure, Including:- Land Development Project And Architectural And Construction Design In 4 Ex,- Technical Projects Of All Industries- 3 Copies Each; 3) Performing The Current Situational And Altitude Map For Design Purposes In 1: 500.4) Field And Legal, 5) Preparing Information About The Planned Undertaking And Applying For The Commune Head To Issue A Decision On Environmental Conditions. In The Event Of A Decision By The Head Of The Commune Ordering The Preparation Of A Report On Environmental Protection- Preparing Such A Report, 6) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Including:- Agreement With Tauron, Orange, Municipal Economy Department, Gas Department And Other Network Managers- In The Event Of Armament,- Obtaining The Opinion Of The Poviat Team Of Project Documentations,- Obtaining A Decision On Permit Water-Legal, 7) Developing Geological Documentation, Plots Division Projects, Inventory Of Greenery And Felling Of Trees, 8) Developing A Permanent Traffic Project Together With Its Approval-In The Amount Of 4 Copies. 9) Development Of Documentation Used To Conduct The Procedure For Construction Works And Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract (In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including Technical Specifications, Including For Costing, Investor Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities) - In The Amount Of 2 Copies; 10) Developing Documentation For Conducting The Proceedings For Construction Works, On An Electronic Carrier (Pendrive), Which Should Include: A) Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Projects For All Industries And All Works Trees, Geology - In Pdf Formations Or Other Enabling Reading Without The Use Of Specialized Design Programs; B) Electronic Versions Of The Offer Cost Estimate: - In A Format Compatible With Ms Excel, - In A Compatible Format With Ms Word, C) Cost Estimates. Proceedings. 13) During The Proceedings For The Award Of The Contract For The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Project In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare The Answers To The Questions Of Future Contractors Of Construction Works, Provide Explanations Regarding The Developed Project Documentation And The Solutions Contained In It, As Well As Making Any Modifications (Corrections And Additions) In The Project Documentation And Documentation For Conduct.
