Part 1: Meble1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Furniture As Part Of The Task Entitled Establishment Of A Childcare Institutions Under 3 Years Old. 2. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Was Specified In Annex 1.1 To Swz.3. The Range That Makes Up The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects. The Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Of Eu Standards, And The Products That Require This Must Have Current Security Certificates, Approvals, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law. The Equipment Should Be Delivered In The Original Packaging With The User Manual In Polish. The Assortment Consisting Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Placed / Connected / Set / Installed And Ready For Use. 4. After Providing All Equipment Components And After Assembly, The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Supply Area And The Assembly Site. Any Damage Resulting During And As A Result Of Assembly Will Be Removed By The Contractor At Their Own Expense And Their Own Efforts. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires The Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract To Be A Minimum Of 24 Months. 6
