The Subject Of The Contract Covers The Activities For The Preparation And Delivery Of A Warm Lunch Of Vulnerable Groups Of Persons In The Territory Of Haskovo Municipality, Which Are A Major Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Funded By The Food Program And The Main Material Support 2021 - 2027, Co -Financed By The European Social Fund Plus+Esf). Within The Current Programming Period 2021-2027, Under Operation Bg05sfpr003-1.001 Warm Lunch Will Be Provided Every Working Day To Persons And Families Who Are Mainly Unable To Satisfy Their Basic Life Needs And Have Been Established For A Daily Basis Or Because Of The Presence Of Disability Or Healthy Restrictions Are They Provide One. The Warm Lunch Includes: Freshly Prepared Hot Food In The Form Of: - Soup - 300 G., - Main Course - 300 G., - Bread - 100 G. - And At Least Once A Week Dessert - 100 G; The Food Will Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of The National Legislation And To Ensure A Varied Weekly Menu To Ensure A Balanced Diet, In Compliance With The Requirements For The Safety Of Food And National Standards And Norms Of The Target Groups Of 700 Persons Living In The Territory Of Haskovo Municipality. The Contracting Authority Is Responsible For The Selection Of The Specific Project Users. In The Preparation And Provision Of Food, The Applicant Should Apply Mechanisms That Take Into Account Both Climate And Environmental Aspects, As Well As To Reduce Food Waste And Limit The Use Of Plastic Packaging And Disposable Products. Target Groups: The Target Groups In Need Of Persons To Be Covered Are: 1. Persons And Families Without Income Or Low -Income, Adult Pensioners And Lonely Retirees Who Have Low Incomes Cannot Support Themselves With Their Income And Property And Do Not Receive Support From Their Loved Ones; 2. Persons Subject To Social Assistance, Including From The Circle Of Persons Under Art. 4, Para. 1 Of The Ordinance, Which Are Unable To Meet Their Basic Life Needs And Have A Need For Daily Additional Support; 3. Persons With Low Incomes Who, Due To Any Disabled Or Health Restrictions, Are Difficult Or Impossible Self -Care, Including Lonely Persons With Permanent Disabilities With Low Personal Retirement Income For Which There Is No Suitable Candidate For The Personal Assistance Assistant; 4. Persons Who, Due To Incidental Circumstances, Are In A Difficult And Vulnerable Situation And Have A Need For This Type Of Support; 5. Wandering And Homeless Persons.
