The Subject Of The Contract Is The Sale Of Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 To The Warsaw Purchase Group, Consisting Of The Organizational Units Of The Capital City Of Warsaw And Other Entities That Concluded With The City An Agreement And The Purchase Of Electricity Generated In Manufacturing Units Indicated By The Employer And The Osd Introduced Into The Electricity Network. The Order Will Be Completed On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement And Contracting Agreements, Signed Separately By Each Of The Contracting Authorities Specified In Annex 1 To The Framework Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex 1 To Swz. 2. The Employers Will Grant The Contractors To The Contractual Orders To The Contract Pursuant To Art. 311 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act. 3.
