The New Building Will Have A Usable Area Of Approx. 7,200 M² And Is Designed For Up To 124 Employees. The New Building Is Divided Into Different Functional Areas. These Include: - Offices And Meeting Rooms For The Administration - Canteen And Lounge - Social Spaces And Changing Rooms For The Commercial Staff. Higher Hygiene Requirements (Black/White Areas) For Sewer Maintenance And City Cleaning Must Be Taken Into Account. - Workshops For Carpenters, Locksmiths, Painters And The Traffic Regulation - Central Warehouse - Fleet Workshop With An Adjacent Washing Hall. This Area Must Be Aligned With The Future Mobility Change In The Drive Technology Due To The Cramped Inner City Location, The Building Must Be Kept Very Compact, Which In The Building Has An Immediate Impact On The Functional Runs Between The Areas.
