The project will serve as a key recreational, commercial, and cultural node within the city, aligned with Abu Dhabis wider 2030 Vision and urban sustainability goals. This mixed-use urban development includes the design and construction of a new public waterfront, featuring parks, promenades, landmark pier infrastructure, retail and F&B zones, as well as landscaped public spaces, pedestrian networks, and utility infrastructure. The project is expected to serve both residents and visitors, enhancing liveability and marine-edge access while promoting environmental sustainability and economic vitality.
