Eastern Charlotte Does Not, By Virtue Of This Tender, Commit To Making An Award Or Commit To The Undertaking Of This Project, But Reserves The Right To Reject All Submissions Not Deemed To Be In Eastern Charlottes Best Interest Or Outside The Allocated Budget.
