The Corporation Of The Village Of Mcbride (Village), Invites Bids For Accessibility Upgrades At The Mcbride Train Station At 1000 1St Avenue, Mcbride, Bc. The Project Consists Of Accessibility Upgrades To The Mcbride Train Station. The Main Renovated Area Will Be Within The Existing Public Washrooms On The Main Floor Of The Building.The Mechanical Scope Includes New Washroom Fans And New Plumbing Distribution To Suit The Revised Layouts. All Existing Plumbing Fixtures Are To Be Removed And Replaced. The New Washrooms Have Been Designed To Be Wheelchair Accessible, And Additional Plumbing Fixtures Have Been Proposed In Order To Suit The Current Occupant Load Of The Building. Additional Details Can Be Found In The Drawings And Specifications.There Is Architectural And Electrical Scope; However, They Will Be Tendered And Contracted Separately.
