The Town Is Seeking Information From Qualified Vendors Of Legal Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Solutions That Can Support And Modernize Our Internal Legal Services. This Initiative Aligns With Our Strategic Goals Of Improving Operational Efficiency, Reducing Legal And Financial Risk, And Enhancing Workflow Through Automation And Intelligent Technologies. Currently, Our Legal And Legislative Operations Rely On Common Office Tools - Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), And Records Management System M-Files. Council Meeting Agendas And Related Documentation Are Managed Through Icompass Agenda And Meeting Management Software And Records Management System M-Files. The Legal Services Team Consists Of Two Members. Internal Stakeholders For Legal Services Include The Senior Leadership Team, Department Managers, Facility Operations, Recreation Operations, Safety And Compliance, And Human Resources. External Partners Include Legal Counsel, Insurance Claims Adjusters, Underwriters, And Other Service Providers. The Legislative Services Team Consists Of Three Members. Internal Stakeholders For Legislative Services Include Senior Leadership Team, And Department Managers. Other Stakeholders Include The Mayor And Town Council, Along With Intergovernmental Partners.
