1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Expansion Of The Visual Monitoring System Of The City Of Poznań (Hereinafter Referred To As Smwmp) In The Housing Estates Of Copernicus And Raszyn. The Authority Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: A) The Development Of Project Documentation (Construction And Executive Project) For The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project, Its Agreement And Obtaining Appropriate Permits On Its Implementation, Based On Its Implementation (Annex 1 To The Contract), B) Construction Based On The Developed And Agreed Project Of Transmission And Power Connections For Cameras Along With The Construction Of The Necessary Cable Sewage Sewage Sections In The Locations Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program, C) Foundation Of Masts Under Cameras, D) Delivery, Assembly, Launching, Configuration And Calibration Of Cameras And Other Devices Of The Video Monitoring System Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, E) Program Or Hardware Integrating Of All Supplied Devices With The Existing Visual Monitoring System Of The City Of Poznań, F) Performing As -Built Measurements And As -Built Documentation. 2) The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Of 36 Month Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Contract.
