1. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Rainwater Storage And Management System At The Primary School In Kobylew Góra. The Operation Consists Of Making A Rainwater Sewage System, Which Will Allow Rainwater To Be Collected From Gutters (I.E. From Roof Surfaces) To Closed, Prefabricated Retention Reservoirs For Rainwater. Rainwater Tanks Will Accumulate Rainwater, Which Will Later Be Developed For The Purposes Of Their Own School Building - Including For Watering And Care For Green. Installation Of The Rainwater Sewage System Consists Of: - Rain Channels With A Diameter De300mm Pvc Sn8 - 19.7M - Rain Channels With A Diameter De160mm Pvc Sn8 - 46.1M - Inspection Wells - 3 Kpl - Dewenals From Gutters With A Diameter De110mm Pvc Sn8 - 3 Pcs. Prefabricated, Reinforced Concrete With A Total Capacity Of V = 30M3 - System 1 - Retention Tanks, Prefabricated, Reinforced Concrete With A Total Capacity Of V = 30M3 - System 22. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex 1 - Design Documentation. Underestimation, Omission And Lack Of Recognition Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be The Basis For Demanding A Change, Which Should Be Treated As A Flat -Rate. 3. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To This Swz Is An Auxiliary Nature, And Any Works Not Included In It Resulting From The Project May Not Constitute Grounds For The Contractor Requested Additional Remuneration. The Basis For The Preparation Of The Valuation Should Be The Scope Of Works Included In The Construction Design, Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Works, The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And The Provisions Of The Contractual Provisions, Which Were Included In The Attachment No. 2 To The Specification. The Contractor May Ask The Employer To Clarify The Content Of Swz.4. If The Employer Attachs To Swz To The Cost Estimate (Blind Cost Estimate), If The Cost Estimate Does Not Contain All The Items Necessary To Perform The Contract, The Contractor May Add To The Cost Estimate The Items Necessary To Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Task In The Scope Covered By The Design And Technical Documentation. Due To The Flat -Rate Nature Of The Remuneration Agreed By The Parties, The Amount Is Due To The Recipient As An Equivalent For The Performance Of Works Regardless Of The Size Of The Work Provided And The Value Of The Costs Incurred. 6. The Contractor May Not Demand An Increase In Remuneration, Even When The Contract Was Concluded, The Size Or Costs Of Work Could Not Be Foreseen. Since The Parties Have Established A Flat -Rate Remuneration, The Contractors Attachment Is Not Relevant To The Contract, And The Cost Estimate Should Only Be Considered As A Document That Substantively Justifies The Offer Of A Flat -Rate Remuneration Submitted By The Contractor.
