The Subject Of The Contract Is The Investment Task Entitled: Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Street Lighting Infrastructure In The City And Spa Municipality Of Muszyna - Construction Works. Investment Received Funding From The Funds Of The Government Program Polish Fund Order Order: Strategy Investment Program. 1. Determining The Scope Of The Order: 1.1. The Contractor Accepts The Task With The Technical Documentation Attached To The Procedure, Provisions Of The Contract. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Should, Among Others Perform: A) Dismantling Of Columns, Booms And Luminaires; B) Earthworks (Cable Replacement, Demolition Of Cubes, Excavations, Ankle Arrangement); C) Installation And Placing Lighting Poles; D) Mounting Of Scooters, Luminaires And Cables; E) Installation Of Controllers For The Lighting Control System; F) Installation Of Control Cabinets; G) Measurement Of Passive Power; H) Measurements Of Lumination; I) Develop Projects Of Temporary Traffic Organization; J) Develop Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Arrangements; K) Install, Launch And Maintain An External Server For Managing The Lighting Control System For A Period Of At Least 10 Years; Implement The Platform (Lighting Control System), Train Users, Provide Different Levels Of Access, Defined For Each User Separately; 6. Information On The Contractor Conducting A Local Vision Or Checking The Documents Necessary To Perform The Contract Referred To In Art. 131 Para. 2 Of The Act, If The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Or Requires Submitting An Offer After Completing A Local Vision Or Checking These Documents: 1) The Contracting Authority Requires A Mandatory Local Vision Within The Subject Of The Contract For Contractors Interested In Submitting The Offer. The Contractors Local Vision Is Necessary Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And Aims To Familiarize Himself With The Conditions Of Its Performance. 2) The Date Of The Local Vision: 21.07.2025 At 11: 003) The Contracting Authority Sets The Following Schedule Of Vision: A. From A To E.5) Persons Who Come To A Local Vision Are Obliged To Have An Identity Document With Them. 6) In The Course Of A Local Vision, The Employer Will Draw Up A List Of The Presence Of Contractors.
