Kwiatowa In Boronowo In The Following Scope:- Drawing Up A Construction Project And Obtaining For It Resulting From The Provisions: Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits Together With Building Permit, If Required- Geodetic Service,- Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Project,- Building Of Drivers And Slopes At The New Water Supply,- Conducting Required Attempts And Examinations And Preparing Documents Related To Documents The Commissioning Of The Water Supply Network Being Built For Use,- Buildings Reach The Property Of The Sanitary Sewage System To The Border Of The Plot Ended With A Traffic Jam,- Conducting The Required Attempts And Preparing Documents Related To The Reflection Of The Rebuilt Sewage Network In Use,- As-Built Inventory,- Obtaining A Certificate Of Lack Of Objection To The Completed Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works Or Obtaining A Final Decision On Permit Using,- Designers Authors Supervision. The Object Of The Contract Includes: 1) Construction Of A Water Supply Network On Rumiankowa Street In Boronów With A Length Of About 246 M2) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network On Rumiankowa Street In Boronów With A Length Of About 263 M3) Construction Of A Water Supply Network Along A Side Road From Ul. Powstańców Śl. In Boronów With A Length Of About 108 M4) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network By Side From Ul. Powstańców Śl. In Boronów About 117 M5) Construction Of A Water Supply Network In The Side Road From Ul. Kwiatowa In Boronów With A Length Of About 270 M6) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network In The Side Road From Ul. Kwiatowa In Boronów With A Length Of About 264 M. The Converter Is Obliged To Leave The Construction Site After Completing The Works In A Unnatural State Than The State Of Existing Before The Commencement Of Work.
