The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Periodic (Five -Year) Service Of The Control Consisting In Checking The Technical Condition Of The Electrical And Lightning System In Terms Of The State Of Connections, Accessories, Security And Protection Measures From Paralysis, Wire Insulation Resistance, And Grounding Of Installations And Cameras Carried Out In Accordance With Article 62 (1) 2 Of The Act Of 07.07.1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended), Which Lights: A) Residential, Commercial Premises And Garages Owned By The Wałbrzych Commune And Managed By The Municipal Board Of Buildings Sp. Z O.O. In Wałbrzych, Located In Buildings Owned By Housing Communities, B) Common Parts Of Buildings Together With Residential, Commercial And Garages Constituting 100 % Ownership Of The Wałbrzych Commune And Managed By The Municipal Board Of Buildings Sp.Z O.O. In Wałbrzych.
