The Subject Of The Contract Is To Draw Up The General Plan Of The Dominowo Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan. The Area Of The Study Covers Approx. 7.930.80 Ha, Including The Area Covered By Local Spatial Development Plans Is About 1.085.8 Ha, Which Is 13.6 % Of The Area Of The Dominowo Commune. The Area Covered By The Study Covers The Area Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Dominowo Commune. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Annex 2 To Swz.3. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Also Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.
