The Subject Of The Contract Is The Update Of Land And Buildings Records In The Field Of Plots Listed In Annex 1 Of The Technical Conditions Located In The Area Of: Bogucin Duży, Jaroszowiec, Ryczówek. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is To Carry Out The Following Actions: 1. Measurement Of Buildings Located In The Field For Which There Is No Information In The Databases: Egib And Bdot500 And Buildings Existing In The Field, Which Have Been Rebuilt Or Expanded (Another Outline Of The Building). 2. Acquiring Descriptive Registration Data For The Buildings Referred To In Point 1 Based On: A) Architectural And Construction Documentation, B) Pzgik Documentation, C) Field Interview. Creating A Registration Map Conducted By The Staroste In The Field Of Land In The Area Of Land In Built-Up And Urbanized Areas For Plots For Which There Are Discrepancies With The Measurement Of Land Use, I.E. In The Databr. Land Use Or Existing Contour Of Land Use Is Out Of Date Or There Are Buildings In The Field And The Removal Of The Buildings From The Egib Database, Referred To § 15 Of The Regulation On The Registration Of Land And Buildings And The Exposure In The Bdot500 Building Database Referred To § 15 Of The Regulation On The Records Of Land And Buildings. 3. Preparation Of Relevant Lists Of Changes In Registration Data. 4. Completing Documentation For Each Area Separately Containing Geodetic Measurements In The Form Of A Technical Survey In Pdf Format, Including Data Files For Updating The Relevant Resource Databases In Gml.5 Format. Introducing Changes To Egib And Bdot500 Databases On The Basis Of A Technical Survey Prepared As Part Of The Work. 6. Printing Notifications Of Introduced Changes In Registration Data For Land And Mortgage Registers And For Registration Entities As Well As Preparing Addressed Envelopes For Shipping And Addressed Feedback Confirmation Of Receipt. 7. Printing Excerpts From The Register Of Land And Extremities From The Registration Map Intended For Transfer To The Land And Mortgage Registers. The Above Documents Should Include The Elements Indicated In The Regulation On Land And Building Records. 8. Prints Of Notifications To The Land And Mortgage Registers Should Be Completed Together With Excerpts From The Land Register And Extracting Maps For Each Land And Mortgage Register Number Separately 9. The Contractor Will Make All Printouts Necessary For The Implementation Of The Said Order On His Printers, Providing The Necessary Office Materials, I.E. Paper, Envelopes And Maneuverable Receipt Confirmation.
