A Detailed Description Of The Subject Is Annex 8 To Swz1) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Free From Legal, Physical Structural, Material Defects And Non -Having Signs Of Use; 2) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, It Must Come From The Official Sales Channel Of The Manufacturer To The Polish Market, Come From Serial Production, Taking Into Account The Configuration Options Provided By The Manufacturer For The Offered Model Of The Equipment; 3) Prototype, No Longer Storage Devices Are Allowed (Year Of Production Not Older Than 2023) And From The Manufacturers Sale Programs. The Devices May Not Be On The End-Of-Sale And End-Of-Support List Of The Manufacturer; 4) The Contractor Will Provide The Supply Of Equipment To The Indicated Location At The Employer; 5) The Contractor Is Responsible For Configuring Physical, Logical Connections, Connecting And Configuring Devices For Action, Allowing You To Start Work; 6) Agreement With The Ordering Party Remotely Or On The Spot. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Grant A Software License.
