Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Dosimetric Films Of Photon Radiation With Chemical Reagents Necessary To Cause Them For The Institute Of Occupational Medicine

The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Dosimetric Films For Detection Of Photon Radiation In The Number Of 85,000 Pieces And Necessary To Cause Them To Cause Chemical Reagents, I.E. A 120 -Liter Exporter And A Fixer In 90 Liters. Orders. Orders: 1. Dogetric Films Must Have External Dimensions (Along With Packaging) 33 Mm X 44 Mm, I.E. Those That Allow Them To Be Placed At Dosimetric Cassettes Used At The Institute Of Occupational Medicine In Łódź. 2. Dogetric Films Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-Iso 1757 Or Equivalent Standard, In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp.2.1 Act In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 5 And Art. 105 Para. 4, The Contractor Proposing An Equivalent Solution Should, Together With The Offer, Submit The Means Of Evidence In Question, Indicating That The Proposed Solution Equivalent Meets The Requirements Of The Abovementioned Standards. 3. The Supplied Chemical Reagents Must Enable Non -Automatic Causal Of Dosimetric Films. 4. On The Cover -Tower Cover Of The Dosimetric Film Must Be Placed A Code Consisting Of 8 Digits Forming Unique Numbers. This Code Must Also Be Visible On Both Detector Membranes (Low And High) After They Are Called. The Number On The Film Dosimeter Must Be Placed In Such A Place To Enable The Dose Reading, I.E. Do Not Overdo The Working Areas Of The Detector. The Cover Of The Dosimetric Film Must Be Made Of Such Material And In Such A Way That The Dosimetric Film Can Be Easily Unpacked Manually In The Working Conditions Of Photographic Darkroom, I.E. Primarily Without The Use Of Additional Mechanical Devices (E.G. Scissors, Etc.) 5. Delivery Of Dosimetric Films And Chemical Reagents Will Take Place In Two Parts: 5.1 The First Delivery Covering 45,000 Dosimetric Films And 60 L (12 Packages Of 5 L Each) And 45 L (9 Packages Of 5 L Each 5 L) Fixative - Up To Two Months From Signing The Contract, 5.2 Second Delivery Covering 40,000 Dosimetric Films And 60 L (12 Liters Of 5 L) Exporter And 45 L (9 Packages Of 5 L) Fixative - Up To Three Months From Signing The Contract. 6. Delivery Of Dosimetric Films And Chemical Reagents Will Take Place At The Contractors Expense And Responsibility From The Ordering Office. 7. The Shelf Life (Guarantee) Of Dosimetric Films Should Be At Least 4 Years From The Date Of Delivery. 8. The Shelf Life Of Chemical Reagents Packed With Factory Should Be At Least 2 Years From The Date Of Delivery. 9. In The Event Of Defects In The Subject Of The Contract During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Freely Replace The Defective Goods With Free From Defects Within 14 Days Of Receiving The Complaint.
