1) The Subject Of The Contract Are Successive Delivery Of Cigarettes And Tobacco Products To The Employers Gas Station, Intended For Resale. 2) The Scope And Amount Of The Assortment Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Are Described By Annex 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3) The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, And The Quantitative Scope Indicated In Point 2) Applies To The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Contract. It Cannot Be Imported, Brought To The Territory Of The Country As A Result Of Intra -Community Acquisition - Except For The Excise Duty Suspension Procedure. 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Goods And Quality Class, Meeting Qualitative Standards (Pn) For A Given Assortment. The Delivered Goods Must Have A Validity Period, For At Least 5 Months From The Date Of Delivery. 7) The Forecasted Amounts Of Deliveries Are Estimated And May Change Depending On The Current Demand Of The Employer. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Total Range Of Supply, With The Minimum Total Scope Of The Order Is 70% Of The Net Range Of The Basic Scope.
