1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Light Rescue And Firefighting Car On A 4X4 Drive Chassis For The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Rogóźno. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - The Contractors Offer Form Together With A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Requirements Specified In Annex 1 To Swz (Technical And Functional Parameters) Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Minimal Requirements. The Employer Allows The Subject Of The Subject Of The Order With Better Parameters, Which Should Be Described In Point Vi Of Annex 1 To Swz - The Contractors Offer Form Together With A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Length Of The Quality Guarantee Period For: - Varnish And Perforation Of Fire Bodies, - Chassis, - Body (Firewood) Is Min. 24 Months From The Date Of Signing Without Comments On Delivery And Acceptance Report. 4.2. The Employer Specifies The Warranty Period In The Range From 24 Months (Minimum Date) To 60 Months (Maximum Date). 4.3. The Period Of Quality Guarantee Granted Is The Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers In These Proceedings.
