Until 31.08.2026, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Implemented As Part Of Seven Parts. Parts And Dairy Products, The Scope Of Parts I Includes, Among Others: 1) Purchase And Delivery: Butter, Milk, Cheese, Cream, Yogurt And Margarine, 2) Delivering Products To The Boarding School Of The School Complex. Stanisław Staszic In Staszów (Including Unloading And Bringing), 3) Delivery Will Take Place Daily From 6.30 - 7.30, And Other Necessary Works Guaranteeing The Correct Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. Detailed Information On The Types And Quantity, Products, Specifies The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, And In Particular The Price Form For Part I, Constituting An Attachment To The Offer Form. The Sources Of Their Origin Are The Contracting Authority In This Respect Equivalent Solutions. This Means That The Technical Parameters Of The Products Indicated In This Way Specify The Minimum Expectations Required By The Employer To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, In Each Case, The Statement That The Description Or Feature Of The Product Described, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, Is Also Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Are Understood By Those That Have Technical Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated In Swz And/Or In The Attachments To Swz. It Is Also Allowed To Demonstrate This Equivalence With Standards Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Has The Burden Of Equivalence. When Selecting Equivalent Products, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Ensure The Achievement Of Indicators Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Attachments To The Description.
