1. Subject Of The Contract. 20272. Specification Of Planned Activities Under The Project Minimum Requirements: Organization And Conducting Educational Activities In The Miasto Sierpc Commune In The Field Of Air Protection In 2025 For Specific Social Groups, I.E. The General Public, A Group Requiring Special Support, Based On The Scenario Of Educational Activities For 2025-2028 , Followed By The Scenario, Which Is An Attachment No. 3. It Is Understood: Educational Workshops/Meetings; Ecological Festivals/Picnics; Consultation Meetings/Lectures. Establishment Is Divided Into Events In The Field Of Air Protection According To The Following Tasks: 1) Educational Workshop For Adults And People At Risk Of Energy Poverty:  The Workshops Goal Is To Shape Proper Social Behavior By Promoting The Need To Save Heat And Electrical Energy. Participants During The Workshop Should Also Learn About Issues Related To Thermomodernization Of Buildings And Obtain Information On Available Financial Programs Supporting Pro-Ecological Activities. It Is Necessary To Prepare And Provide Participants Of The Workshop Leaflets With Practical Tips On Effective Energy Management And Support Programs. The Number Of People- 50,  Employer After Signing The Contract,  Action Advertised Through Posters On Notice Boards. 2) Ecological Picnic:  The Purpose Of The Event Is To Combine Educational And Integration Elements To Involve As Many Inhabitants As Possible In Air Protection Activities. Participants During The Picnic Should Read The Reasons For The Deterioration Of Air Quality, The Provisions Of The Anti -Smog Resolution And The Consequences Of Criminal Proceedings, Not In Accordance With The Resolution, Ecogenic Requirements As Well As Health And Financial Effects Of Breathing Of Poor Air.  It Is Necessary To Prepare And Provide The Participants Of The Picnic Leaflets On The Mazovian Anti-Smog Resolution, Which Is Not Allowed To Smoke In Boilers, Furnaces And Fireplaces. Introduced The Number Of People- 300,  Duration Of The Meeting- From 3 To 5 Hours,  Proposed Location- Set With The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract,  Action Advertised By Posters On Advertising Plates, In The Offices Of City Units Advertising Columns Located In The City And Through Local Media3) Ecological Picnic:  The Purpose Of The Event Is To Increase The Knowledge Of Residents About The Health And Financial Effects Of Breathing Poor Air. Picnic Participants Should Be Familiar With Information On Forms Of Advisory Support In The Field Of Replacing Heating And Thermomodernization Of Buildings And About The Possibility Of Obtaining Subsidies.
