1) The Services Will Be Addressed To Family Members Or Carers Requiring Support In The Form Of An Ad Hoc, Temporary Break In Exercising Direct Care For Children With A Disability Certificate, Adults With A Significant Degree Of Disability. Services Are Designed To Relieve Family Members Or Carers Of People With Disabilities By Supporting Them In Their Daily Duties Or Ensuring Temporary Substitution. 2) Services Consist In Providing Assistance In Satisfying Daily Life Needs, Hygiene Care Or Care Recommended By The Doctor, Providing Contacts With The Environment. 3) The Person Directly Providing The Service Has: Qualifications To Perform One Of The Professions: Environmental Guardian, Assistant Of A Disabled Person, Nurse, Carer Of The Elderly, Medical Guardian, Caregiver Qualified At A Social Care Or At Least 6 Months Experience In The Implementation Of Care Services, Including Vocational, Volunteering Or Completed A Minimum Of 80 Hour Training In The Field Of Service, Including First Aid Or Pre -Medical Assistance. Personal Rights.5) The Entity Providing Care Services Must Ensure Access To The Process Of Providing Services During 7 Days A Week, Excluding Public Holidays From Work Through Proper Findings With Persons Providing Care Services Of Hours And The Ordered Dimension And Scope Of Services. For The Toilet,- Putting On And Changing Pampers/Diaper Pampers If It Concerns,- Preventing The Formation Of Pressure Sores And Burns,- Measuring Pressure, Sugar Levels, Dosing Of Medicines As Recommended By The Doctor According To The Dosage Scheduled, B) Activities In The Field Of Hygiene And Sanitary Care:- Help In Bathing With Disabilities, Including Combing, Dressing, Personal And Bedding Underwear, - Sending A Bed Of A Person Requiring Services, C) Nutritional Activities: - Preparing Meals (Including One Hot) With The Recommended Diet, - Help In Preparing Meals, - Help In Consuming Meals, D) Economic Activities: - Maintaining Cleaning The Immediate Environment Of The Person (Excluding Cleaning Work), E) Activities In The Field The Condition Of The Person: - Maintaining Individual Interests, - Organization Of Exit From The Apartment And Walks, - Reading Books, Magazines, Playing Memory Games, - Accompanying And Maintaining People With Disabilities In Their Independence And Fitness. 7) The Guardian May Not Perform Treatments Requiring Medical Qualifications, Rehabilitation, Renovation Work And Other Economic Activities, And Preparing Meals For People Living Together With A Dependent Person. 8) Support Will Be Covered By Min. 10 People - Residents Of The Brodnica Commune.
