The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Catering Services By The Contractor At Conferences, Seminars And Symposia Organized For The Ministry Of The Interior And Administration Held At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, I.E. In Warsaw At Ul. Batory 5 W And In Other Locations In The City Of Warsaw And The Masovian Voivodeship Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2. By The Provision Of Catering Services Referred To In Para. 1 The Ordering Party Understands The Service Of Preparing, Supplying And Serving Food Products Or Meals Using The Contractor By The Contractors Own Devices, Equipment, Dishes, Products During Meetings Organized By The Contracting Authority, In The Following Forms: 1) Coffee Break2) Banquet Cookies 3) Fruits 3) Fruits4) Tartins 5) Swedish Table 6) Dinner 7) Ceremony Vip Parties Aperitif 9) Regenerative Meal In Delivery - In Accordance With Orders Reported On An Ongoing Basis By The Ordering Party In The Manner Specified In § 3 Para. 5 - 6 Of The Contract. Individual Forms Of Catering Services Can Be Entirely Combined In Any Configurations.
