Tenders are invited for Broad Gauge Railway Rails type R-65 . Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this Bidding: i) Successful completion as main supplier within the last five (5) years, of at least 2 contracts, with a total value of Ten Million Eight Hundred Thousand US Dollars (USD 10,800,000) with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply). ii) Submission of Audited Financial Statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidders country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last three (3) years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidders financial position. As a minimum, the Bidders net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive. iii) Minimum average annual turnover of Twenty Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand US Dollars (USD 20,250,000) calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years.
