Group Pension Services - Government Assignment For Services Regarding Services In Terms Of Collective Additional Pension Commitment Insurance. Deze Overheidsopdracht Heeft Als Voorwerp Het Afsluiten Van Een Verzekeringsovereenkomst In Het Kader Van De Inrichting Door Hogent Van Collectieve Aanvullende Pensioentoezegging (Inclusief Opstellen Van De Beheersovereenkomst En Het Pensioenreglement) Op Basis Van De Volgende Principes: • Ten Voordele Van De Contractuele Personeelsleden Met De Salarisschalen C11 Tot En Met C22 En D11 Tot En Met D22 Binnen Hogent, Inclusief De School Of Arts; • Pension Commitment Of The Type Of Fixed Contributions, In The Form Of A Branch 21 Insurance, Fully Financed By The Employer With An Annual Fixed Contribution Equal To 4.5% At The Start; • When Drawing Up The Budget 2029, An Evaluation Is Provided By Hogent, Investigating Whether The Financial Situation Allows The Annual Contribution Of 4.5% To Increase; • Catch -Up Contributions For All Affiliates Are Provided Until 1 January 2022; • Catch -Up Contributions For Service Time Up To The Age Of 55 At Hogent (Including The School Or Doctor) Are Provided For Employees Who Are 55 Years Or Older 1; • The Management Costs Of The Supplementary Pension Plan Are Not Deducted From The Fixed Contributions, Nor From The Return For The Affiliated Staff Members But Are Borne By Hogent The Total Average Wage Mass Of The Aforementioned Contractual Staff Members Is Approximately 5,800,000 Euros.
