Architectural And Related Services-Provision Of Investment Design Services In The Working Project Phase, Providing Different Types Of Construction On The Territory Of The Triaditsa So-Rayon And The Implementation Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction Of Construction. The Public Procurement, The Enforceable Under The Conditions Described In The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure, Is Subject To: Provision Of Investment Design Services In The Working Project Phase, Providing Different Types Of Construction On The Territory Of The Triaditsa Co-Rayon And The Implementation Of The Auditors. In The Working Project Phase On All Design Parts Necessary For The Specific Type Under The Current Legislation Are: 1. Developing An Investment Project For New Buildings; 2. Development Of An Investment Project For The Repair Of Buildings; 3. Development Of An Investment Project For Park Development And Public Works Of Parks And Facilities Thereto And/Or Inter -Block Spaces; 4. Development Of An Investment Project For Childrens, Sports And Fitness Sites; 5. Development Of An Investment Project For Above Ground And Underground Parking Lots; 6. Development Of An Investment Project For Street Network And Facilities Thereto; 7. Development Of An Investment Project For Elements Of Technical Infrastructure; The Requirements For Implementation Are Detailed In The Technical Specification. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With 1 (One) Potential Contractor, In Which All Conditions Have Not Been Set, For The Award Of Public Procurement Contracts For The Implementation Of Projects For The Preparation Of Projects In The Working Project Phase And The Implementation Of Copyright Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction. Based On The Results Of This Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With The Person Designated As A Potential Contractor Of The Specific Contracts. The Framework Agreement Does Not Define All Conditions. The Framework Agreement Will Define The Term Of Operation Of The Framework Agreement, The Estimated Price Of The Agreement, The Method Of Payment Of The Awarded Specific Contracts, General Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, The Procedure For Concluding Specific Public Procurement Contracts. The Specific Contracts Commissioned In The Implementation Of A Framework Agreement Will Be Awarded In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, After A Written Invitation To Supplement The Submitted Tender By The Contracting Authority To The Potential Contractor, Indicating The Specific Activities, Object And Scope Of Execution Under The Respective Contract. In The Written Invitation, The Contracting Authority Requires The Potential Contractor To Supplement His Offer By Submitting A Specific Technical And Price Proposal, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Written Invitation And In The Framework Agreement.
