Tenders Are Invited For Public Service Concession On The Management Of The Larchipel Swimming Pool

The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To The Award Of A Public Service Concession Contract On The Management, Operation, Maintenance, Maintenance And Renewal Of The Municipal Swimming Pool The Archipelago, Located On The Territory Of The Community. The Equipment Object Of The Concession Includes:  A 25 -Meter Sports Pool, Comprising Five Water Lines;  A Fun Pool, Incorporating Relaxation And Learning Spaces;  A Game Lagoon Intended For Young Audiences;  A Pentagliss Type Structure. Within The Framework Of The Concession Contract, The Concessionaire Will Ensure, At Its Risk And Peril, All The Missions Linked To The Proper Functioning Of The Equipment, In Compliance With Public Service Obligations (Continuity, Quality, Adaptability), As Well As The Applicable Regulatory And Contractual Provisions. The Community Entrusts In Particular To The Concessionaire The Following Missions:  The Current Operation Of The Equipment, Including The Management, Animation, Promotion And Marketing Of Services;  Maintenance, Cleaning, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of The Installations, As Well As The Renewal Of Equipment And Works Of The Conceded Perimeter;  The Management Of Energy Expenditure, Under The Conditions Provided For In The Contract;  Users Safety, Monitoring Of Facilities And The Management Of Incivility;  The Coordination And Organization Of Activities, Animations And Educational, Sporting, Fun Or Cultural Events, In A Logic Of Development And Attractiveness Of The Service;  The Implementation Of A Communication And Partnership Strategy In Connection With The Actors Of The Territory, In Particular The Association Designated By The Community.
