The University Of Copenhagen, Saxo (Hereafter A Contracting Entity) Must Have Performed A Task Regarding The Transcription Of Historical Data From The Period 1841-1917. The Contracting Entity Hereby Invites Interested Companies To Submit Offers For Solving This Task. The Advertising Includes The Purchase Of The Transcript Of Approximately 600,000 Personal Registers From Danish-Caribbean Sources, Primarily Census Forms, Church Books And Passenger Lists. The Source Documents Are Written In English And Contain Names And Terms Of Different Linguistic Origin, Including Danish And To Some Extent French, Spanish, Latin Or German. The Assignment Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1.
